I am a stay-at-home mom just like you, and I also have many jobs throughout each day that can easily lead to stress and frustration. Between keeping the kids alive and entertained, to never-ending laundry and errands, those things are just the tip of the iceberg.
Being a busy mom of three children means that someone is always needing something from me. I’m also taking online college courses and helping run my family’s small business, and I’m a blogger. On any given day, I go from mom to student to janitor to cook and the list goes on and it repeats every day.
I’ve started figuring out better and easier ways to deal with everyday life, such as implementing self-care and getting into a better routine. I will be the first to admit that I'm not always the best at sticking to a strict daily routine, however, regular small changes each day make things so much easier overall and it becomes a habit instead of another dreaded chore.
